we went for an evening walk through the snow, which ended with the sweetest proposal, a "yes", and two glasses of champagne, compliments of the waitress at the little french restaurant across the way, who happened to see it all take place. so lovely. we celebrated the very next evening at said french restaurant, followed by a little julie and julia. je suis tres joyeux.
